At this time, North Topsail Beach, Oak Island, Ocean Isle, and Sunset Beach are the only towns with Residency parking.
In order to qualify for a Residency permit,

North Topsail Residents can add two license plates to their accounts to get free parking for those specific vehicles.
Oak Island Residents can add three vehicles with a $10 registration fee per vehicle.
Ocean Isle Residents pay a registration fee of $175 per vehicle.
Sunset Beach Residents can add two vehicles with a $25 registration fee per vehicle.
You cannot rotate vehicles.
Create an account with the SurfCast App or Webpage to validate your residency and click the “Resident Setup” button.
